Serious Buyers! It is time to get started. Do not pull your credit for anything other than your mortgage process (shopping for home owners insurance will require a credit check, wait until near the end of process and ask you loan officer 1st). Do not apply for a credit card just to get a free gift!

This process should take place before looking at houses. If you are not sure where to go, consult a RGH Realty #1, Inc. agent that you are comfortable with, he/she may be able to recommend several companies. It is important not to be embarrassed or secretive; explain what ever your situation is whether you’ve filed bankruptcy, collection accounts, tax liens or devoice. This will help the RGH Realty #1 agent send you in the right direction.
